Responsibilities:
        • Design and develop scalable, modular, and manageable production features defined by product team 
	using various design patterns and a combination of contributed and custom Drupal modules.
        • Lead and work with other team members to establish best practices and procedures to maximize 
	efficiency and minimize risk.
        • Lead and guide a team of local engineers to produce maximum output. 
        • Manage other corporate related activities to help company attend maximum efficiency and productivity.
	
Requirements:
        • Senior-level PHP (4/5) skill with strong knowledge of SQL relational databases.
        • Excellent attitude and personal skills, be committed and focused.
        • Strong communications skills.
        • 6+ years professional coding experience.  Minimum 3 years of PHP coding experience.
        • Working knowledge/experience using the Drupal API a huge bonus.
        • Experience building scalable internet eCommerce and/or social networking applications.
        • AJAX, jQuery and XML-RPC experience.
        • Experience administering LAMP stack, SVN/Jit. 
        • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.

	Responsibilities:
	• Takes part in the design of software architecture 
	• Participates in customer meetings, workshops and teleconferences
	• Participates weekly status and planning meetings
	• Develops solutions for technical problems 
	• Drafts technical documentation 

	Qualifications: 
	• Working experience in software development, minimum 2 - 3 years experience with JAVA
	• Excellent knowledge of Resin and Tomcat
	• Excellent knowledge of Apache and SQL
	• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards
	• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) 
	• Team player with good communication skills
